We introduced the SEA Creator Loop Strategy — a multi-market content playbook built around local creators and platform-native formats.
On TikTok, we activated livestreaming via creators and micro-influencers to generate immediate attention, engagement, and conversions. Compared to traditional influencer seeding, this approach offered faster momentum and sales-focused execution.
On Xiaohongshu (RED), we developed localized storytelling that matched the platform's tone and discovery algorithms, helping build long-term brand affinity.
