Omio, a leading cross-border travel platform in Europe, has long leveraged structured content and SEO to build brand equity across Western markets. When entering Southeast Asia, they chose to begin with what they knew best—organic search.

The initial strategy focused on establishing brand visibility in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia by building a localized SEO foundation.

We supported Omio in building a tailored, five-country SEO localization system:

  • In-depth keyword and competitor research across 5 markets

  • User behavior insights and feedback to inform product localization

  • Standardized templates and site structures adapted for local languages and cultures

  • Assembled a dedicated SEO content team in under two weeks to launch 600+ pages in 5 languages

We introduced the SEA Creator Loop Strategy — a multi-market content playbook built around local creators and platform-native formats.

On TikTok, we activated livestreaming via creators and micro-influencers to generate immediate attention, engagement, and conversions. Compared to traditional influencer seeding, this approach offered faster momentum and sales-focused execution.

On Xiaohongshu (RED), we developed localized storytelling that matched the platform's tone and discovery algorithms, helping build long-term brand affinity.

Key tactics included:

  • Platform-specific content strategy: Tailored for TikTok’s algorithmic scale and RED’s search behaviors

  • Creator sourcing & coordination: Leveraged a five-country KOL network to reach thousands of local TikTokers monthly

  • Co-created content: Delivered 50–100 Xiaohongshu posts and hundreds of TikTok livestreams monthly

  • Performance tracking: Real-time reporting across key KPIs (views, engagement, conversions) to inform rolling optimization
